Ki To Health is the business name Dave Sowden uses to encompass many of his skills and practice, Ki (pronounced “kee”) being the Japanese term for life-force energy and a play with the English word Key. Ki is also the same as the Chinese term Chi that often spelt Qi.

Ki To Health is based at the Blue Lotus Therapy Centre, nestled in the grounds of the Scorrier Country Estate near Redruth in Cornwall. The centre is inside a barn conversion surrounded by green fields and woodland. A peaceful place to relax and receive a massage treatment.
